"Whilst training for the London Marathon 2007, I became very concerned that I wasn't carrying any Identification and therefore if something happened to me while out running on the streets, no one would know who I was or how to contact my family. What is I.C.E?
In Case of Emergency (ICE) enables first responders, such as passers by, paramedics, firefighters, and police officers, to identify victims and contact their next of kin to obtain important medical information.
