All of our standard ICEtags come in a set of 3 tags. Due to the style of card we use (credit card size) this gives you three identically sized tags. Our ICEtag Wallet Card comes as one individual card.

We do sell our products in bulk and the price reduces per item the more you order. Please see our bulk orders for ICEtags for options and pricing.

We have two options for this. Our Write On ICEtags come with a signature strip style panel on the back for you to add your own information. Also our Vital ID tags can be hand written before being attached to a helmet or equipment.

Yes. Our Custom ICEtags product allows you to upload your own image to be printed on the front of the tag and you can have up to 6 lines of your own text on the reverse.

Yes, we can print a layer of ‘scratch panel’ material over any sensitive information. This is the same material used on scratch cards and can easily and quickly be removed if the emergency services or a first responder needs to access the information.

The details you enter on our site will are secure and are not saved or recorded or used for any other purpose other than printing the ICEtag. Please read about our GDPR compliance.

If you know your club already has a design set up with us then just pop a note in the comments section when ordering and we’ll ensure it’s printed on your clubs tags. Alternatively if your club has over 100 members (or thereabouts!) we can set up a bespoke web page for your club to order direct. Please contact sales@icetags.co.uk to enquire.

ICEtags are typically worn on a shoelace or zipper however they can also be attached to bags or equipment and we have seen them attached to swimming costumes.

We expect them to last for 12 months under normal usage conditions however we have known them to last for many years.

Yes, we have a range of designs for food allergies that can be selected instead of a ‘critter’ image. It’s also possible to put any wording you need to on the rear of the card to either indicate the severity of the allergy or communicate what to do in case of a reaction.

Actually, yes they will! They’ll withstand a wash up to 60°c. We’ve tested them ourselves!

We do not charge delivery within the UK (mainland). Please contact us on sales@icetags.co.uk for postage costs outside of the UK.

Yes we do ship outside of the UK and postage is calculated at checkout.

Your ICEtags will be despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, please allow up to 5 days for delivery of goods. If you haven't received your goods over a 7 working day period then contact us at: sales@icetags.co.uk. If you require an expedited or tracked delivery service please contact us at: sales@icetags.co.uk to arrange this.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please let us know as soon as possible. Email us at sales@icetags.co.uk with as much information as possible about your complaint, and ideally a photo, and we’ll review it and get back to you.

Sometimes errors can happen and we will do our best to rectify them. If the error is on our part then we will be happy to reprint your order and post this out to you at our expense within 1-2 working days. Please contact us at sales@icetags.co.uk to arrange this. If there is an error with the data supplied to be printed on your ICEtag then I'm afraid this is outside of our control and we are unable to offer a reprint at no cost. Therefore please take extra care when filling out your personal information and before completing your order as orders cannot be changed once submitted.
