Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Your ICEtags will be despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order.

All individual ICEtags are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post which is included in the price.  

For bulk or custom orders a tracked delivery service may be used at no additional cost to you. 

Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of goods.  However,  if you haven't received your goods after 7 working days then please contact us.

If you require an expedited or tracked delivery service please contact us to arrange this.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase however, if you are not happy then please let us know as soon as possible. Sometimes errors can happen and we will do our best to rectify them. If the error is on our part then we will be happy to reprint your order and post this out to you at our expense.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please let us know and we will review your query.

We expect ICEtags to last around 12 months under normal usage conditions.

If there is an error with the data supplied to be printed on your ICEtags then unfortunately this is outside of our control and we are unable to offer a reprint at no cost. Therefore please take extra care when filling out your personal information and before completing your order as orders cannot be changed once submitted.
