At ICEtags, your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The information we collect:

At point of sale, we ask you for a number of details. We collect any emergency contact details you provide. We also collect your name, address and email address. How these are used are explained below.

The information we DO NOT collect:

We never collect security information related to the credit or debit card account that you use to make purchases from our website. Because we use PayPal to process all of our orders and e-junkie to host our shopping cart, you can shop with the security of knowing that we never even see your credit or debit card information or your PayPal password.

How we use the information

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We may use your email address to send you updates on our new products and services, however you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers through Google analytics. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. When in the shopping cart screen, the post code is used to calculate the VAT amount. The emergency contact information will only be used to print onto your ICEtag.

Recommendations

Although we do our best to protect any data when printing your product, we are not responsible for how someone could use the data printed onto your ICEtag once it has been posted. We recommend that your address is not printed onto your ICEtag. We also recommend that you notify the emergency contacts you have listed.

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy then please let us know. Sometimes errors can happen and we will do our best to rectify them. If the error is on our part then we will be happy to reprint your order and post, otherwise a charge may be incurred. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please let us know and we will review your query. We expect the ICEtags to last around 6 months of general use.
